Renewing Your Membership

To renew your InSight membership for 2011, click on the Pay My Dues link (you must be logged in to access) to submit online or download the InSight 2011 Membership Renewal form and fax credit card payment and application to InSight headquarters at 312.673.6721, or mail full payment and application to:

InSight membership is renewed annually on December 31. Renewals for 2011 are currently open and can be paid by credit card online or you can access an invoice to send with a check payment to InSight Headquarters. Renewal membership dues for individual members is $125. Please note, you will not be able to log in to the website to renew as of March 1, 2011.

How do I know if I owe dues?

You can tell if you owe InSight Membership dues by going to Pay My Dues under Membership. E-mail notifications will also be sent out every year in November.

How do I update my contact information with InSight?

After logging into the InSight website, you can go to Update My Profile under Membership. There you can update your contact and demographic information.

Which credit cards do you accept?

Online payment is accepted with Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Will I receive a receipt?

For credit card payments, you will receive an e-mail receipt immediately after the card has been processed. You can also use the confirmation screen as confirmation of payment.

For check payments, an e-mail will be sent when the check is received and processed.

How long does it take to process my dues?

For credit card payments, your record should reflect the payment in one to two business days.

For check payments, please allow for five to 10 business days for payment to be reflected due to variances in mailing time.
