If you still need to make a hotel reservation, please review the list of the original participating hotels. You may call each hotel directly to inquire on their availability and to book new rooms. Reservation Changes & Cancellation Information

• All reservations require a valid credit card to hold the reservation. Any changes to your reservation must be made by check-in. A penalty fee may apply for early check-out.

• No cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card if your reservation is cancelled more than five days prior to your expected arrival.

• In the event that your cancellation is made less than five days prior to your expected arrival, your credit card will be charged a penalty of one full night stay plus tax.

The InSight travel coordinator, Tower Travel Management, has negotiated special air travel discounts for the InSight 2011 Annual Conference. Contact Tower Travel Management to receive InSight’s specifically negotiated discounts on air and car rates.

• Click on “Create an Account” and enter the security key: insight489
• Fill in the requested information and click “Submit.”
• A page will appear confirming your registration. You will not be asked to register again in the future. 
• Click “Log into your account” to be taken to the login page.
• Enter the same password you used during the registration process and click “Log In.” 
• Finally, choose 2011 InSight Annual Conference and carefully follow the remaining prompts.
