Continuing Education

As a reminder, select sessions from the InSight 2011 Annual Conference qualify for continuing education (CE) credits in the areas of physician, nursing and pharmacy.

 

To receive credit for approved CME/CE sessions, you must visit the online certificate site and complete the evaluation to print your certificates by Wednesday, Nov. 2. After Nov 2, the site will be removed and certificates will no longer be available.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of the Institute for the Advancement of Human Behavior (IAHB) and InSight. The IAHB is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Credit Designation Statement

Pharmacy

The conference is being planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) and the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE). Amedco is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. Successful completion of this program qualifies for up to 8 contact hours. Full attendance is required. No partial contact hours will be awarded for partial attendance.

Print your CME/CE Certificate

The online certificate site will be available starting the evening of Friday, Sept. 23 and will end Wednesday, Nov. 2. If you need a CME/CE certificate, you must complete the evaluation and certificate process prior to Nov. 2. After Nov. 2, the site will be removed and certificates will no longer be available and you will forfeit your credit for the course.

To print your CME/CE certificate:

  1. Visit www.CmeCertificateOnline.com
  2. Scroll down to the InSight User Group listing
    1. Physician: Click on "InSight 2011 Annual Conference – Physicians ONLY"
    2. Nursing/Pharmacy: Click on "InSight 2011 Annual Conference – Nurse and Pharmacy"
  3. Enter the password
    1. Physician: MD2011
    2. Nursing/Pharmacy: IS 2011
  4. You are encouraged to print your certificate immediately
  5. A backup copy of the certificate will also be e-mailed to you in case you need to print additional copies (check your spam filter and junk e-mail folder)
  6. Your certificate will show the hours you entered

General Information

Although InSight is not an approved CE sponsor for areas other than those listed above, the content provided through the InSight Annual Conference sessions does meet CE requirements of several professional licensing bodies in many states and CE criteria set by many certifying organizations. Many InSight members have successfully used their participation in InSight education as part of Continuing Education hours they must report to maintain their license or professional certification.
