102: Safety, Sanity and Success Amid an Avalanche of Change
Skip Valusek, HealthEast Care System
This session is about how change is a critical – and often overlooked – component of a patient safety culture and a tool to address that oversight. Delivery organizations can improve patient safety by transforming the avalanche of change into a safer “snowfall.” By creating the snowfall, organizations will also realize both improved caregiver satisfaction and probability of success of simultaneously implemented projects.

Note: Lunch is not provided for Pre Conference Workshop attendees.
