InSight launched V3 in 2004 to help our members appreciate the value of partnerships regarding McKesson implementations. This partner program is limited to selected McKesson business partners, annually, on a first-come basis.
InSight would like to thank its V3 partners for their ongoing commitment to and support of InSight and McKesson customers by providing intellectual capital, relevant resources and necessary direction to the community through face-to-face and virtual programming, along with technical content on a year-round basis.

CIO Forum at the InSight 2007 Annual Conference
At the InSight 2007 Annual Conference, held in the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, over 60 CIOs came together to take part in the CIO Forum, presented by InSight, McKesson ,with support from InSight’s V3 partners, Cisco Dell, Intel and Oracle,
The CIO Forum offered CIOs and top IT executives access to one another and to McKesson leaders for the betterment of their businesses and professions. Where some education tends to be more technical, the CIO Forum was designed to deliver true best practices from peers that have applied or are about to apply strategies within their own environments.
Equally as important, the Forum brought McKesson top leaders into the fold so that attendees stayed current and tapped into the direction of McKesson, allowing them to better leverage the technology investments in their organizations.
A large part of the success of the CIO Forum was due to the programming provided by InSight’s V3 partners Cisco, Dell, Intel and Oracle, who through roundtable discussions addressed critical business issues.
2007 CIO Forum Web Series
In addition, InSight’s V3 partners provided support and programming for the CIO Webcast series, held July through September, leading up to the CIO Forum at the InSight 2007 Annual Conference.
The CIO Forum Webcast Series is designed for CIOs, by CIOs, and provides a virtual channel for CIOs to interact while linking them directly to McKesson leaders so they stay current and tapped into the direction of their peers and McKesson, which allows them to bring leadership to their organizations.

2008 CIO Forum Web Series
The 2008 CIO Forum Webcast series, jointly presented by InSight and McKesson, with content provided by InSight’s V3 Partners, will present eight Webcasts starting in February and extending through September.
V3 Partners will deliver Webinars based on relevant CIO-related issues covering a wide breadth of topics from customers and best-business practices to new industry technologies and improving work environments. Exact dates will be released when available.
CIO Forum at the InSight 2008 Annual Conference
The Webcast series will once again lead up to the CIO Forum at the InSight 2008 Annual Conference, which will take place September 24-27 in Grapevine, Texas.
NewsLink Technical Submissions
Starting in 2008, V3 partners Cisco, Dell, Intel and Oracle will also submit technical articles for the monthly issues of NewsLink.
