Reservation Changes & Cancellation Information:

All reservations require a valid credit card to hold the reservation. Any changes to your reservation must be made by check-in. A penalty fee may apply for early check-out.
No cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card if your reservation is cancelled more than five days prior to your expected arrival.
In the event that your cancellation is made less than five days prior to your expected arrival, your credit card will be charged a penalty of one full night stay plus tax.

You will receive an email with the subject: Start using your Rearden Personal Assistant now.
Click on the "Get started now" button in the email and finish the registration process.
On the check-out page, be sure to choose 2010 Annual Conference as the meeting you are attending.

Ground Transportation

The Denver International Airport is approximately 25 miles from the Hilton Garden Inn, 25 miles from the Hyatt Regency Denver and 25 miles from Sheraton Denver. Taxis are available for a estimated rate of $55 one way.

Airport Shuttle
