If you are a CIO and are interested in registering for the CIO Forum at the InSight 2010 Annual Conference, you must do so separately. Please visit the CIO Forum Page for instructions.

Registration Rates

*To qualify for the group rate there must be five or more registrations from the same organization submitted together with full payment. Once five individuals from a company have been submitted, others may add on to the group registration. Each individual must submit a registration form. Speakers and other individual discounts do not qualify for the group rate. Group rates are non-refundable.

Justify Your Attendance

Complete the InSight 2010 Annual Conference Educational Training Proposal document with your information and deliver to your department lead before the early bird rate ends - deadline has been extended to July 16.

Pre Conference Workshops

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing by Tuesday, August 17, 2010. A processing fee of $100 will be assessed for all cancellations received by August 17. Send an email cancellation request to insight@showcare.com or fax request to 905.479.9297.

• No refunds will apply to cancellations received after August 17, 2010.
• No penalty will apply for name changes and substitutions. Name changes must be submitted in writing to insight@showcare.com or fax to 905.479.9297.
• Group registrations are non-refundable.
