    In today's tumultuous healthcare climate, implementation and management of enterprise analytics requires an effective governance framework to ensure successful results.  This framework establishes rules of engagement for analytics usage and data definitions.  It identifies key stakeholders and data stewards.  It defines accountability by aligning the processes by which Analytics content is identified, built, and released.

    During this pre-conference workshop, we will discuss the key components of a governance framework, the functions of a governance committee, and help participants identify areas of opportunity in their organization.  Attendees will be led through the process of defining a governance structure relevant to their organizational needs, and will identify potential barriers to success.

    The InSight365: 2014 Annual Conference will once again be offering the 'Day in the Life' demonstration following the patient care process in Paragon electronic health record and managing the business of healthcare with McKesson Enterprise Solutions. This session is available for all registered attendees at no additional cost. During this two-hour demonstration, highlights from the latest generally available release of each solution will be shown including physician, nursing and pharmacy applications as well as analytics and population health. Closed-loop medication management will also be highlighted as McKesson clinicians follow a patient through an encounter of care and beyond. This exclusive opportunity is only open to registered attendees of the InSight365 conference. Registration for these demos is required.
