Cancellation policyCancellations must be received in writing by July 7, 2014. Group registrations are non-refundable. A processing fee of $100 will be assessed for all individual cancellations received by July 7, 2014. Send an email cancellation request to insight@insight-net.org. No refunds will apply to cancellations received after July 7, 2014. Substitutions are permitted. Substitutions onsite will be processed if the attendee presents a letter on organization stationery requesting the substitution and identifying the name of the pre-registered attendee and substitution.
