Air Travel
InSight has chosen Travel Corporate as the preferred travel agency for this meeting. Contact Travel Corporate to receive InSight’s specifically negotiated discounts on air and car rates.
Use the following steps to help navigate the online site:
- Go online to http://insight.themeetingevent.com.
- Click on the “Click Here to REGISTER” button to begin.
- Fill in the requested information and click “Submit.”
- A page will appear confirming your registration. You will not be asked to register again in the future.
- Click “Log into your account” to be taken to the login page.
- Please enter the same password you used during the registration process and click “Log In.”
- Once logged in to the Travel Center, click on “Meeting” located in the list of gray boxes that starts with “Home, Trip Library, etc.”
- Next, please choose the 2009 InSight Annual Conference in September and carefully follow the remaining prompts.
Important Travel Information
Agents are available to help book your reservations from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm M-F, and are available 24/7 should you need emergency travel assistance.
When stranded at the airport due to severe weather, mechanical delays, or when needing an immediate change due to scheduling issues, your agency is an indispensable ally.
Your ticket will be issued and an email will be sent confirming your itinerary. The price of your ticket, including our service fee, will be listed. Restrictions, fees, and cancellation penalties will apply.
Ground Transportation
Orlando International Airport is approximately 19 miles from the Gaylord Palms. It is estimated to be a 20-25 minute drive. Many options are available for travel to and from the airport as well as for travel around the city.
Airport Shuttle
The Gaylord Palms does not provide private shuttle service, but suggests using Mears Shuttle Service, which provides transportation to/from the airport and Gaylord Palms. The shuttle departs from the airport every 30 minutes. Service runs from 6:00 am – midnight. Services from the hotel after 5:00 pm must be made in advance.
