All sessions require a PowerPoint slide presentation.
All presentations* are due to InSight on Friday, July 31.
All presentations will be reviewed by the Conference Committee after this date, so no exceptions can be made. Once your presentation has been reviewed by the committee, it will be made viewable to registered attendees prior to the conference and will be available for them to print and bring to the session. No printed handouts will be given onsite.
McKesson Speakers
All McKesson presentations* must be reviewed and approved by your Product Management or VP/GM. Please submit for approval no later than July 17. Once you have recieved approval please follow the directions to upload proceedings below.
*If you are presenting a product line update, your presentation must be reviewed and approved by McKesson Marketing and Communications. These presentations are to be uploaded to the McKesson SharePoint site on or before July 17.
Presentation Guidelines
- All presentations must be of educational nature, and may not be used to promote products or services.
- All presentations must be zipped prior to being uploaded to the InSight Web site.
- All presentations must use the following naming convention when uploaded, Session Code_Title_2009 (i.e., 8204_Creative Uses for Horizon_2009).
- Please note that your presentation will be reviewed by our planning committee.

Please use Verdana 18 or 20 point Font.
Instructions to Upload Presentation to Proceedings
- Click on the speaker login link
- Login using your speaker login and password (provided in all communications from speakers@insight-net.org).
- Scroll down the page until you see the section titled "1. Presentation Information." You should see the titles of all of the abstracts you submitted previously.
- Click on the title of the session for which you are uploading this presentation.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see the option to "upload your presentation for this abstract."
- Click on the link to open the upload attachment window.
- Enter the name of your attachment. Please use the following naming convention: Session Code_Title_2009 (i.e., 204_Creative Uses for Horizon_2009). If you have more than one presentation to upload for co-presenters, a variation can be used to include presenter's last name on the separate files (i.e., 204_Creative Uses for Horizon_2009_Smith).
- Browse to select the appropriate file on your local system and click on the upload button.
- Click the "finished" button on the main speaker information page to close your session. Only if you click on the "finished" button will you receive an email confirming your successful upload.
