To book your flight through Tower Travel, please reach out to Tower Travel directly via email or by phone to create an account. Once an account is created, you will receive an activation email which will enable you to complete your flight reservations.
Important Travel Information
Agents are available to help book your reservations from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and are available 24/7 should you need emergency travel assistance.
If you are stranded at the airport due to severe weather, mechanical delays or need an immediate change due to scheduling issues, your agency is an indispensable ally.
Your ticket will be issued and an email will be sent confirming your itinerary. The price of your ticket, including our service fee, will be listed. Restrictions, fees and cancellation penalties will apply.

Reservation changes and cancellation
- A deposit of 1 night room and tax is collected when the reservation is made.
- Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the arrival date to receive your deposit back.
- In the event that your cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to your arrival date, the deposit will not be returned and collected as a late cancellation fee.
