Members of the general public are welcome to view material in the public areas subject to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), which we may amend from time to time. To view materials in the secure areas, you must obtain authorization and a password from InSight.

As a condition of access, InSight requires that any user wishing to participate in any manner in the Discussion Forums comply with the Rules of this agreement. InSight accepts no responsibility for the opinion and information posted in the discussion forums. Discussion contents reflect the views of the forum participants only.

InSight does not actively monitor the discussion forums for inappropriate postings, and does not undertake editorial control of postings. InSight reserves the right to remove a posting at any time, for any reason.

InSight reserves the rights to monitor, suspend, or terminate access for any user who does not abide by these guidelines.

Rules for User Participation

The discussion forums of the InSight web site are provided as a service to users. Any information posted by members must be related to the purposes of InSight.

Users shall not use the discussion forums to transmit defamatory, disparaging, obscene or offensive materials or communications to anyone.

Users are prohibited from uploading or distributing articles, files, or other information subject to trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights except with the express consent of the owner of the rights.

Users are prohibited from accessing the discussion forums to communicate with competitors about prices, pricing procedures, or terms of service or otherwise communicate in a manner that may violate federal or state antitrust laws.

Information posted in the discussion forums will not be treated as confidential. Responses to discussion topics are not to be relied on as professional opinions or consultations.

The discussion forums are not to be used to conduct any other activities that may be illegal. For example, the forums shall not be used to encourage software infringement, spreading of computer viruses, breaking into private computer forums, gambling or other crimes.

The discussion forums are not to be used in a manner that violates the bylaws or any other policies, procedures, rules or regulations of InSight.

Users shall not attempt to gain access to areas private to InSight or its members.

Users shall not engage in sales activity, including direct or indirect solicitation. The term “sales activity” is defined as the proposal, negotiation, or acceptance of terms and/or conditions associated with the use, rental, lease, purchase, or return of information technology strategies, architectures, products, or services.
