In the next series of the customer service webinars, we will be discussing the topic of Patient and Room Attributes in the McKesson Performance Visibility 7.1 application. During this session we will take a closer look at the power of using patient and room attributes to identify, measure, and drive compliance for nursing, quality, risk management, case management, and patient flow. We will review available features with “tips and tricks” and give step by step best practice examples of how to configure attributes within the application. We will also discuss the process for requesting configuration for new automations, icons, or any specialized attribute requests. You will gain a better understanding of how to utilize attributes and the importance of this feature to you and your organization.
