Reducing Rage Against the Machine-How to improve the relationship between clinical users and clinical applications
Approaches in design, education, implementation and ongoing support of clinical applications that can increase engagement, improve efficiency and foster better relations between IT and clinicians. Primary focus is practitioners (physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners) and inpatient clinical application but lessons can be applicable to nursing and non-nursing staff as well as outpatient applications.
