This month we are featuring Bill McClelland.

Bill McClelland
|
Bill McClelland is the Director of Information
Services at Montrose Memorial Hospital in
southwest Colorado. Bill currently serves as
Director of Education on the InSight Board of
Directors. He has also served as the President
of the Saint User's Group and various
education/conference planning positions.
Bill has been serving with user groups since
1993.
Bill's professional experience includes the
design and implementation of a fiber backbone
secure network infrastructure, vendor selection,
contract negotiations, operations and education
development for all hospital users of
technological solutions, and project manager
for the implementation of McKessonHBOC products
including; Paragon, Pathways Lab, Tamtron,
Claims Administrator, and Contract Manager.
Bill also manages a number of other systems in
support of hospital operations including,
LaserArc, Midas, ORSOS, HSS, and Quadramed.
As the Director of Education for InSight,
Bill is committed to working with the Vice
President of Education, and all Council Chairs
to provide comprehensive education and
networking opportunities that strive to meet
the needs of all InSight members. The greatest
asset the InSight organization has is the
human capital that remains largely untapped;
and its greatest strength is in the volunteer.
