ED Staff would like to be able to add Discharge Diagnosis to Discharge Instructions.

MDs would like the ability to change the patient's PCP.
The patient's PCP is entered by the RN when the patient is triaged. The MDs are finding that the initial entry is not always correct and would like to be able to change the entry if necessary.

Consistant area for Free Text in MD documentation.
Physicians would like a standardized area where the free text option is readily identifiable.

RNs would like Unsigned Charts notification/alert when signing on to the Tracking Board.
Currently MDs receive notification/alert of unsigned charts when signing on to the Tracking Board. RNs believe that this would be an equally beneficial Tracking Board function for them and would like to see that functionality added.
