Increase size of W/S tables in KP571BC.
Several "Charge" related tables have had to be increased from their current base product size. We have increased the tables to 5,000 entries. Base product is 1,000.

Increase the size of Collector Tables (KUP39) in RWS
Several RWS programs have a Collector table that is loaded from profile KUP39GC. The base product size of these tables is 300 entries. We currently have 1,865 entries in KUP39GC. So with each release we need to increase the tables in the programs.
