Access to Audit Log Without Scheduling Rights
If a security group is set up with the following function "RF: View Audit Log" set to "Yes," those users should be able to view the audit log regardless of what the other functions are set to.

Revert the arrived status back to a scheduled status should the appointment be placed in the scheduling package to be re-scheduled after arrival.
