Return Supplies When cancelling a case in HSM>Return Supplies. It would be nice if the Return Supply button was then grayed out that way you know it has been done.
HSM 11.1 NEED REMOVE BUTTON FOR EQUIPMENT IN INTRAOP EQUIPMENT ENTERED BY MISTAKE CANNOT BE REMOVED. YOU CAN ENTER A QUANTITY OF ZERO AND CHECK SO IT WON'T PRINT ON THE RECORD, BUT YOU CANNOT REMOVE IT. THERE IS AN ADD BUTTON TO ADD ANOTHER PIECE OF EQUIPMENT, BUT NO REMOVE BUTTON TO DELETE MISTAKE.
Chart Default Report Would like a report that provides all the chart default fields that have been setup.

Case Staff not updating after case closed We are defaulting in the case staff so that the person who is charting appears in case staff. Issue is that is someone just looks at case when case is closed their name appears

Item Master/Master Data Place all inactive items from the Item Master in a folder or provide a delete option.
Primary Procedure required for procedure leaf page When removing the primary procedure on the procedure leaf page you receive a warning message but you can over ride the message. Would like it not to close this page until a primary procedure is entered.
Security - Post Edit Documentation For post edit security (after record closed) have security set a time frame that the record can be access for changes or additions.
