Many physician offices are using electronic medical records and are getting reports electronically. This has created the need to eliminate printing a copy in the physician batch.

Restrict the ability to cancel an exam if there is a report on that exam or the account is inactive
Canceling exams is too open. The system should help the staff by restricting the ability to cancel an exam that has a final report and/or if the account is inactive.
