Updated Status of Preliminary Reports From Reference Lab
Once a test is departed and sent to a reference lab the update of the status given by the reference lab need to accepted by Horizon Lab. All tests that are set in the build send a preliminary report need to have the status updated from intransit.

Multifacility site wants patient search limited by facility.
Patient MRNs and encouter numbers contain a facility indicator but a patient search at one facility shows all patients at all facilities. Need to be able to limit the view when searching to only those patients with the facility indicator desired.
