Responsibilities

Multifaceted lead role mix of stakeholder management, business analysis, architecture, full software delivery lifecycle in agile mode in rigorous front office environment.

Engage closely with FICC and Treasury desks to understand their tactical and strategic requirements, prioritize and own the delivery responsibilities.

Lead local team and liaise with regional and global counterparts (both biz and tech) to plan, design technology architecture and deliver the projects / programs (hands-on).

Help in project status reporting and tracking issues / risks etc.

Contribute in global technology strategy & projects and act as techno-functional SME representing India FICC tech in various forums.

Face off with internal and external auditors on misc. requirements.

Assist and guide prod support teams as and when needed.


Requirements

6 to 8 years of similar experience in FICC Capital markets space (FICC Front office support experience must - Preferred team leader experience).

Super strong domain / quantitative knowledge with FICC space FX, derivatives and money market is must (pricing, algos, risk, PnL, lifecycle events).

 Highly proficient in scripting & OO languages and databases  EXL, Pearl, Shell, Python, C++, Java, SQL.

Can work efficiently in stressful front office environment, juggle and manage traders expectations.

Smart communication & documentation skills.

Experience of working with global teams and matrix reporting culture.
