A Road Map is a Driving Force for Success - From the President
There's nothing worse than having to drive somewhere and you don't have directions--it is confusing, scary and frustrating. In order to arrive at your destination, you need a plan--a road map to chart your ways.
We all need "street signs," or directions, to help guide us along as we explore beyond our every-day boundaries. This is especially true when deciding whether or not to volunteer, assume a leadership position or advance within your profession. Broadening your professional scope can be scary, albeit extremely rewarding.

The 2005 Enhancement Voting Period Begins!
The first 2005 enhancement voting period begins on 02.21.05 and closes on 03.04.05. Cast your vote for the following SIGs during the February enhancement voting period:

- Paragon Revenue Cycle Management
- Paragon Technology & Standards
- Pathways Healthcare Scheduling
- Pathways Materials Management

InSight's Annual Conference features more than 400 educational sessions, covering a wide variety of topics, as well as an expanded Product Solution Center, networking events and much, much more. Call for Speakers Now Open
Planning for the 2005 InSight Conference is underway and InSight invites you to be a part of the most important educational event of the year for McKesson customers. To be considered as a potential presenter at this year's conference, submit an abstract today.
The education committee is reviewing abstracts for conference sessions and for poster presentations. The submission deadline is 04.15.05, however, abstracts are being reviewed by our education committee in the order they are received, so you are encouraged to submit as soon as possible. Don't miss this great opportunity to gain individual and company recognition, as well as a discounted conference registration!
Attend RMIE and the InSight Conference to Save 50 Percent

Nominations for the Tom Utley Achievement Award are accepted on a continuous basis with a July 1 deadline. The goal of the Tom Utley Achievement Award is to recognize those who lead by example. Any volunteer, regardless of position who demonstrates passion and dedication to InSight, like Tom did, is encouraged to apply.
