You can view and print detailed session descriptions, workshop and demonstration descriptions, registration forms, hotel information, and much more. Something new this year is the ability for attendees paying via credit card to register online!

InSight Fax-on-Demand Service - 770/270-5587

For a list of documents that are available on InSight's fax-on-demand service, dial 770/ 270-5587 and follow the easy to understand instructions on the service. To obtain the document code list, press option #1 or request document #0000. When prompted, you must enter a fax number for the documents to be faxed to you. You may request up to five documents at a time.

Mail Requests

If you do not have access to the Internet or a fax machine, please complete the postcard found in the back of the brochure and return it to the InSight office. Please print clearly and indicate what information you need. Upon receipt of your request, items will be mailed to you within three days.

• Attendees are urged to bring their printed session descriptions to the conference for reference.
