2000 Conference Registration

Welcome to the 2000 InSight Conference online registration. Please read all instructions carefully.
  • All online registrants must provide a credit card number for payment.
  • A discounted registration fee of $545 will be automatically computed for online registrations on or before August 23rd.
  • Beginning August 24th, online registrations will automatically be computed at the full conference registration fee of $650.
  • September 11th will be the last day for online registrations. After that date, bring your registration form and payment with you to the conference.
  • All conference registrations will be acknowledged with a confirmation letter within two weeks.
  • Call Conference Registration Customer Service at 301.694.5243 if you do not receive your confirmation.

You MAY register for the conference via the Web site if you are a:
  • Current InSight Active Member
  • Current InSight Consultant Member
  • Current InSight Affiliate Member
  • Current IMPACT Member
  • Current AdVantage Member
  • New InSight Active Member ($75 membership dues will be added to your conference registration fee.)
NOTE: Your membership ID number is required for online registration unless you are applying as a new InSight Active member. Your ID number is noted on your InSight membership card and in the upper right corner of the mailing label on your conference packet.

You MAY NOT register for the conference via the Web site if you are:
  • Applying for InSight Consultant Membership (Call the InSight office at 770.270.9611 for information.)
  • Applying for InSight Affiliate Membership (Call the InSight office at 770.270.9611 for information.)
  • Applying for IMPACT Membership (Call Jack Sirabian at 847.570.8820)
  • Unable to provide a membership number.
  • Deducting a credit from your registration fee. (Fax or mail your registration form with a copy of your credit memo.)

A paper copy of the registration form and instructions may be obtained by dialing the InSight Fax on Demand number, 770.270.5587, and requesting document number 2075.

Registrations along with credit memos, if applicable, may be faxed to 301.694.5124 or mailed to InSight, PO Box 3867, Frederick, MD 21705. Be sure to include payment.
