This reception will kick-off the conference on Wednesday, September 24. Take this opportunity to mingle with fellow attendees in a relaxed environment.
Passport to Prizes
Conference attendees will have a chance to win exciting prizes from participating exhibitors by receiving stamps on official passports. A raffle drawing of various prizes will take place on Saturday, September 27.
Hands-on Lab Pre Conference Workshops
To enhance the value of InSight Pre Conference Workshops, some pre conference workshops will be offered at the McKesson Training Facility. Transportation from the Gaylord Texan to the McKesson Training Facility is included.

Q: Do I have to be a member of InSight to attend the conference?
A: Yes. If you are a non-member registering for conference, one-year membership dues are added to the cost of registration.
Q: What are the costs of conference?
A: The rates are:
Full Conference
- Active Member - $575 (By July 21); $895 (After July 21)
- Renew/Join Member - $665 (By July 21); $985 (After July 21)
Full Conference Group Rate (Must register 5 individuals submitted together)
- Active Member - $555 (By July 21); $555 (After July 21)
- Renew/Join Member - $645 (By July 21); $645 (After July 21)
Daily rates are available as well as pre conference workshops.
Q: What method of payment can I use for my InSight registration?
A: Check, Money Order, Cash, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Purchase Orders are not accepted.
Q: Is there a pay later option?
A: Yes, you can select the Pay Later option during the registration process. When this option is chosen, you will be taken to a page that says, "Thank you for submitting your registration. Please print this page for your records. Your registration and payment for the InSight Annual Conference has not been processed. This is not a confirmation. To complete your registration, please print this page, and submit your payment information."
Payments for Pay Later attendees must be received by July 21 in order to receive the early bird price. Payments received after July 21 will be charged the regular rate.
Q: Who should I contact if I have questions related to the status of my registration, registration changes or cancellations?

Q: What is the last day I can register online?
A: Online registration will close September 12. If you would still like to register after this date, you can register at the event.
Q: Are refunds available if I have to cancel my registration?
A: Group registrations are non-refundable. A $100 processing fee will be assessed for all individual cancellations received in writing by August 24. No refunds will apply to cancellations received after August 24.
Q: Will I receive a confirmation for my registration?
A: Confirmations are sent via email to registrants with an email address. Registrants that do not have an email address will receive a confirmation via fax or email. Confirmations serve as an invoice and receipt of the registration.
Q: How should I reserve my hotel room?
A: Please visit the housing page for more information. There is a link available on the page that will enable you to book your guest room.
Q: What is the closest airport to the Gaylord Texan?
A: The Dallas/Fort Worth airport is the closest to the Gaylord Texan.
Q: I am trying to renew my membership so I can attend the InSight conference, but I receive a message from the Web site stating, "Our records indicate that you are already in our system." Who should I contact?
