WHO’s ELIGIBLE?

The Tune Up is open to all organizations (and individuals) that use STAR. The initiative focuses on the following three application areas:

• Patient Accounting
• Patient Processing
• HIM/Medical Records

WHAT IS IT?

The STAR Tune up Program involves the following assessment and educational components:

• A brief STAR Utilization Survey (different versions for either application users OR technical resources)
• Remote system audits by the STAR services team, followed by a STAR Utilization Audit Report
• A series of Web seminars available to all individuals that complete the Utilization Survey. Web seminars will include:
  • Best practice recommendations
  • System set-up quick wins
  • Top features and functions users may not be aware of
