InSight Strategic Enhancement Process
The Enhancements area is a place for McKesson customers to discuss product issues, uses or fixes. This area is organized by Special Interest Group (SIG), and members have the ability to address their real-time experiences with the products they currently use in their organizations.
Once these Customer Satisfaction Enhancements (CSEs) are submitted to their specific SIG, InSight Volunteer Leadership and McKesson employees work together to resolve issues and share best practices with those who participate in the Strategic Enhancement Process.
