Abstract:	This 3-4 hour seminar will focus on how to be successful managing multiple projects. Attendees will experience hands on activities designed to address common challenges in managing multiple projects. Topics covered will include conflict management, issue management, sponsor management and resource management. Attendees will gain an understanding of the good, the bad and the ugly of the successful management multiple projects in the ever changing world of healthcare.
